Over the last five years we have introduced a new style of mead to Southern California. Our meads are lighter, drier, and more effervescent than traditional meads. One of our goals during this time has been to produce a hopped mead that met our quality standards. Until today, our tasting rooms were the only places in the world you could try some of these successful experiments.
