GoodRoad CiderWorks Bourbon Barrel Rested Buckled Clover

This is an enhanced version of our Buckled Clover sweet mead which we rested in a Doc Porters Bourbon Barrel. Take note of oak wood, light vanilla and cinnamon — all of which complement the wonderful blend of clover and buckwheat honey. This mead boasts a medium-full mouth feel, and the aroma still stays true to the original mead. Hints of clean hay, freshly cut grass, subtle muscadine and scuppernong are balanced by rich, dark honey aromas.
