This sweet mead is a delightful marriage of orange blossom honey and maple syrup. Medium-full body and smooth with an aroma that alternates between bright citrus notes of orange blossoms with rich maple. The flavor is sweet and well balanced by the citrus “zing” from the orange and the deep maple finish. This mead is a medium gold when held to the light. A pleasant introduction to the fall at a modest 7.5% ABV
