A dry hopped cider using Nelson Sauvin hops. This hop variety is grown in New Zealand and displays fruitiness and cool climate white wine characteristics. In tandem with the cider, this combination lends a variety of aromas and flavors including: fresh gooseberries (apple, white grape, strawberry), tropical guava, grapefruit and tangerine fruitiness with some slight spiciness.
