New England Heritage is a nod to both our founder's upbringing in Vermont and the true heritage (heirloom) apples grown in New Hampshire that comprise this cider. Our house yeast allows the bittersweet apples named Dabinett, Ellis Bitter, Rhode Island Greening and Yarlington Mills to shine through. This cider is apple forward, full of fruity tannins and underlying tropical notes. This is True Cider. Done Right.
