The fourth in our series of fruited ciders leads us into the Spring season. Dark-rosé in color, this cider is raspberry forward with fruity sweetness and tart undertones. Floral notes and apples lead to a semi-dry finish. Rue is French for street or lane — come take another tasty walk with us as we enjoy the changing seasons.
