Traditionally Braggot was made by mixing 50% beer and 50% mead (honey wine). This modern version was brewed with roughly 50% malt, 50% Colorado Clover Honey and Citra Hops. Think honey glazed tropical fruit!

Grains/Adjuncts: Pale Malt 2-row, Honey, Wheat Malt
Yeast: American Ale Yeast
