Provisions and Traditions Volume 4 was brewed in collaboration with Chef Kelly Fields of Willa Jean in New Orleans. It is a dark rye saison with caraway seeds. This is our attempt to create a beer that mimics the flavors found in a rye pumpernickel bread.
