Brewed with winter white wheat, and dry hopped with Southern Cross (from Freestyle Farms in New Zealand), Ekuanot and Mosaic hops. Flavor profile? Medium bodied, soft bitterness, with some layers of honeydew, and a bit of nectarine and chamomile.
