A light sessionable beer brewed with crystal malt, brown malt and flaked barley. We sourced coffee from Mountain Air Roasting right here in Asheville. Made with Tencho, an Ethiopian heirloom coffee variety with notes of jasmine, honeysuckle, and lemon. The addition of a 50/50 blend of hot and cold brew achieves a nice balance of subtle aroma and flavor notes.
