Wheatseeker is a German-style Hefeweizen, fermented with a yeast strain used in Germany for hundreds of years. A light-bodied easy-drinker, with a wheat and yeast combination that creates a slightly spicy character. We hopped it with German grown Opal hops, which lends a slight citrus effect.
