Wild Bill Wheat Bock is an American take on the classic. It is built with over fifty percent wheat malt however the addition of barley and toasted caramel malts lend to a clean malty finish with a little sweetness to boot. Though filtered, haze should be expected from the wheat. The real star of this show is the malt.
