We distilled our fresh hop beer and then distilled it again with botanicals to create a fresh hop gin. It’s essentially a pre-batched gin and tonic, the point of difference being we’ve made a very jammy grapefruit, orange & pink peppercorn syrup which is then boosted by bitter, herbal gentian liqueur and a tonic syrup
