Hamilton Family Epiq-Center

This beer is named after the Rancho Cucamonga Epicenter where the Cucamonga Quakes play ball. The "Q" in the word epic, is meant to represent the Quakes. Epiq-Center as a beer is simple sessionable wheat beer. Then we went and dropped huge amounts of Simcoe and Mosaic hops in the kettle as the boil finished. The result is a "hoppy-ish" wheat beer. It has all the hop aroma a flavors you'd might expect with an IPA but none of the bitterness.
