The Cab-beret is a one-off beer that started life as the Black Beret, winner of Harpoon's employee Homebrew competition, and was then aged in a single Cabernet barrel. Expect IPA-like hoppiness, stout-like creamy, chocolately, espresso flavors, and some magic from the 6+ months in the cabernet barrel.
