Brown ale brewed with maple syrup and aged on ex-bourbon maple barrel chips. Clear, medium brown hue with light tan foam. Aroma reminiscent of a Vermont forest with wood and a hint of maple. Flavor of muted barrel char that yields to a subtle dark maple. Aftertaste lingers slightly sweet and cut by pleasant tannic bite.
