Hi-Biscuits and Honey

This light, refreshing wheat ale pours a light grapefruit pink color and has a pleasant herbal, floral aroma from the addition of hibiscus flowers and noble hops at multiple stages of the brewing process. We sourced 60 pounds of raw Toyon honey from Santa Maria through the California Bee Company. The honey provides a faint sweetness that is nicely balanced by the gentle tartness.
