We have been brewing Hideaway,s Scottish Ale for over 20 years. It is one of my favorite beers. This classic Scottish Ale has a off white head and a deep reddish color. A cmoplex blend of toasted malt, peat smoked malt and lightly hopped give this beer its smooth smoky malt aftertaste.
Food Pairing: This beer speaks for itself. BBQ, Texas brisket, Bratwurst, big juicy grilled hamburgers or chicken. All the trimmings potatoes, roasted corn in the husk.. Anything cooked over a fire and dont forget the cornbread. Enjoy.........
