This sessionable IPA was crafted with 100% local malts from Root Shoot Malting in Loveland, CO. We hopped it with Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial hops in the boil, followed by Cascade and Centennial hops in the dry-hopping stage to create a delightfully hoppy IPA.
