The first in our new "Goodest Dog Classic Styles" series benefitting local animal rescues. This is a traditional Dunkelweizen brewed with wheat and dark malts, giving a soft maltiness with notes of caramel, chocolate, banana, and clove. The recipe is in collaboration with one of our homebrew teams, led by Jason Ventura.
