Horse & Dragon Flagstone American Red Ale

Red flagstone is prevalent throughout the natural landscape of Colorado from the legendary Red Rocks amphitheater to our own backyards. The versatility and beauty of the stone inspires us, and we’ve worked to create a beer every bit as versatile and well balanced as its namesake. The copper-colored brew starts with caramel and toffee aromas, but even on the nose a hint of citrus and pine advocates for the hops coming your way. Sweet and clean malt flavors continue into the beer’s flavor. The smooth beer boasts a medium body with carbonation that highlights its balanced, prominent hop profile. Sweet crystal malt character and some residual resiny/zesty bitterness courtesy of Bravo and Chinook hops finishes the flavor profile.
