Brewed with 99.99912% Colorado ingredients* this beer and the SOWN project celebrate connections. Brainchild of our friends at Troubadour Maltings, SOWN encourages brewers to get more involved with their supply chain, support small growers, and support innovation in the processing of ingredients.
This effervescent pale incorporates grains from local growers malted by Troubadour and freshly-harvested Crystal hops from Lakeside Hop Farms. It has a great biscuity flavor, medium body, and finishes with a hop tinge reminiscent of lime zest. It is a wonderful, drinkable tribute to our hardworking partners.
*We added a very small amount of non-CO hop pellets to the boil for a minute amount of bittering.
