Horse & Dragon Super Eddie IPA

If you’ve ever visited our tasting room on a day when our brewer Titus Bentley is working, you have likely seen his pitbull Eddie sitting in an awkward slump against the brewery door. Eddie spends his days in back keeping an eye on the day to day operations and loves when tours come through and he gets to greet every guest. A refreshing, bright and balanced IPA, Titus planned this brew with several generous late addition hops, including Mandarina Bavaria, Centennial, Citra, and Amarillo in the hop back. Bitterness is relatively low and allows the balance of malt to present itself in unison with citrusy and floral hop character. The relative lack of bitterness allows for a lighter mouthfeel and less palate fatigue, making it very drinkable. Here’s to the start of summer, a refreshing IPA, and a post-shift pint with the pups who, in many ways, rescue us.
