Inspired both by the traditional Patersbiers of Trappist Monasteries, and by the generosity of a fellow Gallatin Co. Brewer. Howard the Benevolent is an easy-drinking, light, and refreshing Belgian-style beer. Lots of classic Belgian yeast in the aroma; backed by a soft grain flavor and balanced Noble Hop bitterness.
