Brewed with grapefruit peel and Citra hops, fermented brettanomyces and soured with our house sour cultures. It spent 8 months in red wine barrels from Whitecliff Vineyard in Gardiner NY. Tart and funky with notes of lemon, ginger, and tropical fruit.
