Independence TEN is a barleywine brewed and dry-hopped with Chinook and Columbus hops. It was so good, we just had to brew it again. We had a ton of fun brewing this ale. We ran the wort through 50 pounds of whole leaf Chinook and Columbus using our giant hop back. And then generously dry-hopped with Chinook and Columbus in the fermenter.
