Jesse, at Interboro, is mainly known for making some delicious IPAs, but some of my favorite beers from him are of the non-hoppy variety. In this take on the Festbier style, all the hops and malt for this beer come from Indian Ladder Farms in upstate New York. It’s a testament to one of the coolest things happening with the brewers in the state. They’re using local ingredients to make some great beers and helping to make New York hop and barley farms great again.
