This is a collaboration that we did with Brewery Rickoli of Westminster, CO. This beer is an Imperial Back Rye IPA that is crafted to remove gluten. We used our favorite new hops for this beer, Idaho #7 from Jagged and Eureka! from Brewery Rickoli. All of the Brewery Rickoli's beers are gluten reduced, so in that spirit so is this one. We brewed this using a ridiculous 8 lbs of hops per Bbl
