Jagged Mountain Sidewinder Single Hop IPA

Jagged Mountain loves to brew with new and different ingredients, so when they were able to get our hands on some hops that are native to Colorado and New Mexico, they really wanted to explore all this hop has to offer! This single hop session IPA is brewed entierly with Neo Mexicanus hops, one of the only species truly native to North America. Unique and exciting were the first two words they came up with, the beer has a fantastic peach and apricot flavor and aroma, and rounds out with subtle tropical and melon characteristics and a soft bitterness. A perfect outdoor companion, who knows, you might run into one of its sister plants while out adventuring!
