Jester King Dadcore

Dadcore is a clean-cut West Coast-style Pilsner dry-hopped with Cascade, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Columbus brewed in collaboration with our longtime friends at Good Line Beer Co. out of Lubbock, TX (the homebrew supply store days old friends as a point of reference (yeah... that old)).

Crisp, snappy, and dry with just enough citrus zest and pine to keep things interesting. A little bitter snap. A little golden-hour clarity. A whole lotta “yeah, I’ll take another.” Built for backyard hangs, post-mow reflections, submarine audiobooks, and anyone blasting Creed with the windows down.
