This IPA was carefully crafted using American hop varieties at our brewery located in Banner Elk, NC. Like fresh fruit blossoms this is a very approachable IPA with delicate hop aroma and flavor. Here on the top coast of NC, the mountains often appear like waves rolling in from the sea at sunset.
Food Pairing: This beer is best served in a nucleated IPA glass with a bell shape to trap the aromatics and bring the fresh hoppy volatiles to your nose. Spicy dishes like blackened chicken, BBQ, shellfish pair nicely with this beer.
