This lager was carefully crafted at our brewery in Banner Elk, NC. It has a creamy white head and rich golden color. With a malty yet floral aroma, it has a traditional balanced lager taste ending in a crisp and refreshing finish.
Food Pairing: This beer is best served in a traditional pilsner glass or bell shaped pint glass to release the toasty aromatics. It pairs well with sausages, pizza, BBQ, grilled chicken, and roasted meats. It also goes well with sushi.
