La Cumbre Paradisal Pale (Collab W/ Odell)

Paradisal Pale Ale is the brain child of Albuquerque's own La Cumber & Fort Collin's Odell Brewing. It is brewed with Southern Passion and Southern Aroma hops from South Africa and Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. It boasts 100% Vienna malt grain which provides a little more body to the finished beer while also creating an appealing orange hue. The brewers finished the beer in the hop back with nearly 2 pounds per barrel of Chinook and Simcoe whole leaf hops giving it a peachy, stone fruit aroma and a subtle spicy flavor.
