HBC-431 & HBC-644 hops combine to make this super biting Double IPA. What’s with the name? Well it was so hot in here the day Dan brewed this he claimed he was going to take a nap in the walk in cooler after he was done. For safety he didn’t, but he was in there long enough to possibly have a beer.... Cheers
