This HomeGrown Ballard beer is a spin on our Scenic Route Rye IPA. Working with Skagit Valley Malting Co. we took their new Wheat/Rye hybrid Triticale malt, and combined it with some Amarillo and HBC-431 hops to bring out the spicy, woody quality of this super delicous malt. Cheers!
