You don't have to hitch a ride to N'awlins for some Crescent City flavor. Our friends at Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters age green, Fair-Trade Certified™ Peruvian Cajamarca coffee beans in recently emptied bourbon barrels for months, then roast them to perfection. We slowly infuse the beans into our beer with a touch of chicory. You'll taste rich coffee, a hint of spice, and Fat Tuesday.

Food Pairing: Jambalaya, creme brûlée, beignets

Awards: Silver: Coffee Beer — 2016 Los Angeles Int'l Beer Competition

Best of Rockies/Southwest: Bean Beer - Winter 2016 United States Beer Tasting Championship

Grains/Adjuncts: Lactose

Other Ingredients: Coffee, Chicory, Vanilla
