The third in our limited Legendary Series, Goatman is a hybrid of beer styles. It's inspired by the hairy and horned, territorial terror that is said to live around White Rock Lake, startling visitors with flying trash and a nasty attitude.
This dark, unique brew is a melding of a West Coast Black IPA and a German Schwarzbier, encompassing all of the sticky, bitter bite you love, with a smooth, roasted malt body balancing it all out. It's enough to curl your toes – or maybe your hooves.
Food Pairing: Stanky, pungent cheese, such as Limburger, Southern chicken fried steak, spicy chorizo, crawfish étouffée, or chocolate truffles
