Pale gold with a strong aroma of tart grapefruit. This kettle sour was brewed in collaboration with local Advanced Cicerone, Chris Cohen. Fermented Norwegian Kveik yeast for additional fruit notes, Ragnar Weisse is clean and vibrantly citrusy, with additions of fresh grapefruit zest.
