Laughing Sun Fargo L'Amitié Saison Blanc

This is a collaboration beer involving two great North Dakota breweries: Laughing Sun Brewing Company in Bismarck and Fargo Brewing Company in Fargo. L’amitié has a full rich malt character with notes of hay, fresh cut grass, honey, and light bread crust. The hop presence is a soft, clean bitterness and the hallertau blanc imparts flavors and aromas of white wine and melon. The beer finishes dry,earthy, and slightly spicy with hints of bubble gum.
