Rando IPA #10 (lovingly referred to by our brewers as "Lil' Eazy" since it is kind of like a mini-Eazy Duz It) is another fun installment in the Rando IPA series. This IPA has a malt bill that is 50% Pilsner malt which really lightens up the color and gives it a nice crisp flavor. The oats and triticale add some body, head retention and a subtle, smooth flavor. The malt works wonderfully with the subtle use of hops for bitterness and a heavy use of some of our favorite aroma hops. Rando #10 has an excellent bouquet of pine, citrus, and tropical hop aromas. We hope you enjoy this highly experimental IPA, and wish us luck in the 2016 NIPAC!
