The old Hainaut beer style of Saison was produced at every brewery in the region around the beginning of the last century.
In homage to the founder of the Brewery who brewed this beer for the "Cayoteux" (local quarrymen), the tradition of this refreshing sweetish amber ale was revived in 1982.
Its density makes it a beer for special occasions and one to enjoy during your favorite moments.
