This version was conditioned on Passionfruit. This table bier represents a delicate interplay between noble hops, our house saison yeast and Brettanomyces. There are delicate esters present in the beer as well as a soft yeast note from the Brettanomyces. A faint toasted note and silky palate from the addition of flaked oats leads into a light bodied beer that finishes dry, tart, and quenching.
