With its rich, malty sweetness, this Bavarian-style dark lager is loaded with Munich malt, yet surprisingly light with a rich, but clean finish.  “Dunkel” is the German word for “Dark”, but our use of de-husked roasted barley along with late addition of the dark malts make for a more toasty flavor and not a roasty flavor that you might expect.
