The recent advancements in thiol boosted yeast strains has got us all giddy to continue exploring the wonderful world of thiols. This beer was brewed using a special lot of New Zealand grown Motueka hops specifically chosen for it's insane levels of thiol precursors. We then unleashed a thiol boosted version of the classic chico yeast strain resulting is an insanely vibrant and juicy aroma reminiscent of passionfruit and pink guava layered onto a base of Pilsner malt, wheat and oats.The future is here now, and it is ABSOLUTELY delicious!
