Our IPAs change up more than any other style and also vary with the seasons. Longer Nights is the IPA we run from about October through March when the new warmth of spring just begins to show. Longer Nights is darker than most IPAs and has a little more crystal malt, but it very well balanced with significant hopping (Cascades, Centennial, Chinook and Citra) both in the kettle as well as the dry hopping. Longer Nights is also moderate in alcohol with a 6.4 - 6.5% ABV, allowing you to enjoy several on these frost Fall and Winter nights.
