Longer Nights is a classic West Coast style IPA featuring balanced notes of Pine and Citrus in the aroma and palate. Finishing dry, it is very quaffable. The alcohol is moderate at around 6.2% and bittering is balanced to about 65 IBU in the glass. This is our "Winter Seasonal" IPA so the color is a little deeper and darker, reminiscent of Ginger Bread. Cheers!
