The OG IPA from the early days. We initially made 4 different IPA's to choose from for opening the brewery. They all ended up being used for other types of IPA's, but this one won the taste off for a flagship. It was obvious from day one that this beer was something special. It doesn't follow the standards of the industry. We named it after our town so that when people ask what type of IPA it is, we can tell them it's a Black Mountain IPA!
