Lost Highway Brewing Company/St. Martin Lost In Belgium

This Tripel is from an Abbey recipe from our Belgian friend Marc-Antoine De Mees at St Martin Abbey. We took the recipe and put an American twist on it by hopping with Centennial and Cascade hops instead of traditional hopping methods used for this style. The result is a fruity and spicy beer, with a well rounded citrus complexity. A Votre Sante!
