A collaboration with Bonfire Brewing out of Eagle, CO! Mad Fire is a black IPA hopped with Centennial, Chinook and Cascade in the boil and then dry hopped twice with Centennial and Chinook. Chef and Sean traveled out to Colorado to brew Mad Fire with the Bonfire brew masters as well. If your headed to CO, be sure to check it out!
