This IPA is brewed with Carapils, Vienna and Aromatic Malts for body. The hops are Nugget for a nice earthy spicy base then loads of Cascade Simco and Citra at the end of boil and for dry hopping. 6.75% alc. by Vol. and 90 ibu's
Food Pairing: Strong spicy foods Curry and pizza also great with very sweet deserts like carrot cake
